Having served as Director of Research for a major TV network she has always had her pulse on the markets. As a research and marketing analyst working with mountains of market, advertising and market data, Phyllis' stellar performance proved crucial to senior network senior management. Phyllis has a BA in Communications and as organized as one can get. Phyllis also is an incredible guardian of another Team Member – Lucy.
