With a reputation as a hard-working and knowledgeable agent, he routinely sells tens of millions of dollars of area real estate every year. His diverse background and skill set equip him to take on all types of transactions including country club, waterfront enclaves, residences for retirees, investment property, commercial real estate, and new construction.
Ted had an extremely successful career in high-tech and financial services where he structured countless watershed deals to the benefit of his companies and investors. Ted has transitioned his experience and network to help thousands of Florida homebuyers. He has an MBA in Finance and International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany. In addition to treasuring his time with his wife and two sons, he has served on the Board of Trustees of several local, national, and global not-for-profit organizations.
Aside from being the brains behind Team Struhl operation, Phyllis is a brilliant marketing mind and administrator. Having served as Director of Research for a major TV network she has always had her pulse on the markets. As a research and marketing analyst working with mountains of market data and ad sales and marketing offices her record was stellar involving senior management. Phyllis has a BA in Communications and as organized as one can get. Phyllis also is an incredible guardian of another Team Member – Lucy. Allow her to help oversee your next move!
Born in Sugar Creek, Ohio she made the move to Florida as a young puppy and has embraced Florida living to become a dynamic member of Team Struhl. Adorable and fun she works fiercely on our behalf.
